Do you have a S1 because of the front end like I do. I don't really care for the changes they made on the S2.
That's what mine sounds like.(if I posted the link right). Just a few pops and I lil flame.

I'm the same re the S2 ....like everything except the front.
Sounds good ! I need to get a sound clip of mine at full boost , sounds way more aggressive than in that vid from about 12 psi up.

I'm up in the air on where to go with it. I don't think I want a turbo. Possibly SC someday. But for now I need to get my hands on either a good tuner or a AP.

Come to NZ and take a ride in my 8 ...that might sway you towards a turbo

As fuel consumption seemed to take a dive when I fitted blues to P1 , I decided to fit S2 Browns there instead . Better spray pattern plus a slight bump in capacity .
Be interesting to see if they make a difference . Pic has one red in there too to demonstrate the colour difference.

Talk to me in 6 months when my Renny is out. I'll have an AP I'd be looking to sell.

Curious what are u running in p2 and secondaries? Im running greens in p1 and 1050x for the rest and im approaching 80%duty at 12ish psi

Running brown/uncapped yellow/uncapped yellow ....
so that's 660/850/850 which experience tells me this will be good to around 430whp on E30 ..... but that's at max. duty.

One thing with aftermarket injectors is getting the latency tables correct . If it's wrong they wont output what they should.

I see so u are running max duty for those whp number. Im running adaptronic so no latency tables to mess with although it gets weird above 80%duty and puts p2 to max duty.

You sure there are no latency tables ? I would think those are essential !

The ID numbers are preprogrammed in the software and automatically inserted when you choose the specific injector size per stage in the fuel setup.

for his P1s though, I can’t remember if it had OE injectors listed or not. I put ID750s in the P1 position, which you can’t get those long body sizes any more, just the short body that won’t fit down in the iron opening.

Yep team is right preprogrammed, they do have all the oem injectors and works well was using greens and browns for awhile but was only enough fuel for 7psi without it going to max duty on p2

Are you running a series 2 with only 4 injectors ?

Nope 6 injectors i thinks its mainly due to me not wanting over 80%duty and lower fuel pressure as drops to 50psi by high rpm, have fuel pressure sensor to compensate tho.

What fuel pump setup are u running?

I run slightly modified stock fuel basket with a DW300 pump installed. No pressure drop at all till around that 420-440whp mark on E50

Interesting i have s2 assy with aem 320 flow should be very similar to your setup. I have flex fuel and pressure sensor inline with a 90 and 180 AN fitting wonder if thats causing significant restriction

Similar ...but different . I'd try it without the flex fuel sensor ...I've heard those can be restrictive . Otherwise , one of the reasons I never fitted my S2 fuel pump is that what I already had worked well. I know it's a better design for high g cornering but didn't think it would solve those same issues at high flow. Instead I just keep tank above 1/2 when at track.

Flex fuel sensor should be mounted on the return side of the FPR, and shouldn't be restricting anything since the FPR by design is a restriction.... Without a surge tank you will get that pressure drop when you start making power. I tried to make it all work with the stock assembly and failed. IMO

Only time mine ever lost pressure was on dyno while making around 410whp with afrs at 10.0 . Leaning it out resolved that hence my 440 estimate at 11 afr. I don't have an aftermarket FPR either BTW.
