the supercharger is generally an easier install. the turbochargers usually see more gains in peak hp. it's all about preferance in the end. why not both? if you can make it fit.

If i install esmerial racing turbo will i need to change the internal of the engine..

If the engine is in good condition, no, but it would be wise to install aftermarket apex seals if you don't have a competent tuner
