Robert , I am from Aguadilla, PR and I also own a 2005 Red Velocity RX8 with the basic modifications, RB catback, RB Intake and RB sway bars. I am quite impressed with your car and I would love to see it. I am a fan of drag racing and I travel the whole Island for good races, Salinas, Ponce, Carolina & Manati. If you have any plans in the near future to visit any of this places, please drop me a note. Also I would like to see your comments regarding (Siguel) Major League.

Hola rotorpr, estaremos muy pronto en esos terrenos nuevamente te indicare cuando y donde por este medio, Ahore mismo voy estar haciendo unas modificaciones en la suspencion del carro para poder aumentar el "boost" 20 PSI buscar un mejor tiempo claro y que no rompa , la ultima vez que utilizamos "slick" dejamos los medio ejes en la pista, recuerda que este es un carro de uso diario no un carro de pista por eso no quiero comprometer la confiabilidad de este. En respecto a Siguel en mi opinon es un icono boricua que ha puesto el nombre de Puerto Rico en alto arrededor del mundo. El cual me siento orgulloso por que es un boricua que la ha puesto en la luna en este mundo del automovilismo. Y si es un boricua pues mejor!

Tomorrow I'm goin to buy the injectors, bearings, apex seals, side seals, corner seals, etc etc. we're goin to "refresh" the engine.

The engine is on the $3,300- $3,800 range................... (I buy it on $2,800 )
plus near $800 to buy all the seals, gaskets and springs to make the refreshment.
Call Pica motors in Bayamon someone thell me that he have like 13,
20B engines on stock....................
Don't buy anything until you have the person to do the job.
For the job of put the engine on the car is near $1,700.00
they need to work on the rack & pinion, extend the wheel connector, etc, etc.
I extimate that you need near $12,000............................ plus some labor.

12K really isn't bad at all when you think about it
you'll have LOTS more horsepower than a Viper, you'll weight less, and it will handle like a dream in comparison. Heck you'd kick the new Corvette Z06 in the nutz it would start crying
if $12K plus lets say $28K for an RX-8 to have a Supercar level performer (in numbers and I imagine on the track too) that is a bargain!

The corvette was one of the new one's,
and that was not the first one that this RX8 kills...........
This 3 rotor RX8 has 657HP at the wheels with 14 psi of bost (aprox. 750 HP at the crank)
If you see the videos posted here the car goes from 0-100 in 8 sec or less and that run on the video was with 8 psi of boost.......................
Robert sometimes goes to run on montehiedra mall
some people goes to the montehiedra mall area and make races on wednesday
(the runs begins near midnight to 2:00 am) he can tell you about other cars that lose against him..................
Robert has a lot of stories of peoples that lose some $$$ runing against him.
I would ask him to write a few ones here.
Of course that the translation to English is not the same fun!
