All aftermarket headunits follow a "DIN" sizing standard. Metra released a kit for single-din headunits and another kit for double-din headunits (same price). The Pioneer you linked above is a double-din. So yes, it will fit fine. So would any Pioneer, Alpine, Kenwood, Clarion, (etc) that you stumble across. They're all the same.
