The Axxess box is part of the installation kit by Metra. It's all discussed in the FAQ thread at the top of the forum.

Very few people here are going to be familiar with shipping challenges to Finland. This is something you are going to have to research yourself. Find vendors that sell the Metra kit and contact them to discuss shipping to Finland.

The Metra Kit does not work at all with the Automatic Climate controls that are standard everywhere in the world except the US. You could use the kanatechs (Corksport kit). This comes with a control unit for the A/C that works with the auto climate controls and will allow you to install a aftermarket double din stereo.

Metra kit in auto CC vehicles.

The Metra kit does work in Auto CC vehicles. When ordering, you must ask the seller to confirm that the serial number label on the kit ends with F20.

Many of the US eBay listings will ship worldwide. Shipping to Finland is not rocket science.

When you first install it, you will need to press the AUTO button on your dash for 10 seconds to let the kit know it's in an auto CC car. After that, it will remember where it is.

Let me know how you do.

If this is true then it's great news.

Sorry, the serial number that they need is hidden on a board connector, so the seller will have to pop the lid off the box.

The attached pic shows a D15 board (that won't work on auto CC cars).
