What shouldi do for a sound system?

I've gone through a couple kinds of subwoofers and I would just like some help on what to choose subwoofer and amp wise. also what is the best and somewhat easiest way to mount them? Would facing the subs to the back of my rear seats be the best to get my bass? I just want to really feel the bass.

Here is how I installed my system... the zenclosures box sounds amazing and it looks nice as well. Check it out...

the best quality/thump for the price i have found is 1 or 2 Alpine Type R 10"s with an amp big enough to push them (500 watts RMS each)

and there are basically 3 good boxes that are perfect for the 8

the 4080 box (do a search on this forum)
the zenclosures box (do a search for "RX8 box" on ebay
and a Qlogic single or dual 10" box check my thread here - there is also a single 10 version of the same box

I got one 12'' type r in the 4080 box, running 600 watts, sounds amazing. Definately enough thump. By the way, even though I just finished creating my system, I was wondering whether anyone had a link of someone who has built a sub in the pass through hole. I know I came across one that loked incredible, but I cannot find it. Thanks

I went to my local sub dealer and i ended up getting 1 12" kicker cvx that pounds pretty good. I have it hooked up 2 my old 1200 watt sony xplod 2200 gtx. The box i have it in is ported and since it's a single ported it takes up a lot of room. I'm thinking that ina couple months i will try to find a couple single boxes for 12" and add another cvx. What kind of amp should i get. get 2 single amps for the subs or get 1 good amp?
