I got a Voo Doo Pearl **** in 07' and over the past year I have noticed cracks in it and I knew they were not scratches because I don't were jewelry and no one drives my car. Turns out the clear coat is cracking. So, I sent them an email and without blinking an eye he asked me for my address and is sending me a new **** and just asked that i send this one back. Apparently in 2007 they had one bad batch and my **** was one of them.

Customer service like this is hard to come by and it is refreshing.

 

Got my new **** a couple of weeks ago and it is perfect. Awesome service.
