ive been reasearching one guy told me the kit on rotary fx sucks and someone else said its good so idk who to listen to i heard the vled ones are good but it dosnt say anything abt it coming with a switch or wiring kit

I have VLEDs and they are great, but no they dont come with wires or switches.
buy LEDs, buy some wire, buy a 3 position on-off-on switch and wire it like this.

V-Leds makes a great product!
Just be mindful of what you are looking for and which light configuration is best for the application. There are multiple versions of each size. Some are brighter than others and some make light go certain directions. Just use your noodle and determine based on the application what is best for you.
FYI their x2 leds are freakin bright. I would not suggest using any of those for the interior unless you have issues with your pupils dilating.
