I remember reading posts about getting the corner lights hooked up so that they work as turn signals. The idea would be to allow the corner lights work the same like stock but flash together with the turn signals. This could be a good safety feature so that people from the side could see better that your turn signals are on.
I'm admittedly lazy to look up the thread, but if I remember correctly, someone posted a link to a page where it was described how this was done on a Mazda 6 (or maybe I'm on crack to imagine that).
I'm wondering if there was actually someone who got this to work on an RX-8 and could post a DIY...
