Synergy RX-8

I puchased and installed the ice link thingy for demension that allows you to play and control the ipod thru the radio, but it simply does not work.

Its connected all fine, but no audio is sent thru to the radio, and the ipod does react to the steering wheel controls or radio controls, its like they were never connected in the first place.

I konw that you have to press cd again to put it in EX mode, and i also konw that you have to have a 9.67 someting or other which i do have.

Do any of you know of some tips or tricks to get this thing working or do I have a factory defect.

P.S. i asking you because demension and blown off 3 phone messages, 1 email, and a fax over the last week, thier impossible to get a hold of.
