My car came with the tape deck, and I eventually purchased a tape adapter to listen to my mp3s.

However, when I attempt to play the tape, the deck plays one side, then switches to the 2nd side quickly, then says tape error.



Is this a common problem? The AWIA adapter I purchased works in other cars.

Does anyone recommend a brand that works / sounds best?
