Switchblade / Flipkey

Hello Everyone

I Live in Sweden and my car is from Germany. When I open up my remote it says 41805.

Could i buy a switchblade key from United states? Some people say that i must order är switchblade key from Europe.

I don't think the keys would be different. 41805 sounds like the same number as in the USA.
