switch mount?

i need a place to mount the amp cutoff switch in my 8. right now the only place i can think of is the little circle piece by the glove box that pops out, which would look clean, but i don't want people touching it. any ideas?

Easy. You can easily/gently pry one of the blank plates out with a small flathead. Should be pretty obvious from there.

Power wire for the amp? There's a couple of different ways linked in the referenc
e sticky at the top of the forum. I just drilled hole behind the washer fluid bottle with a uni-bit and popped in a plastic grommit. Good to go.

So put in a switch that doesn't look like crap. Surely you can find one that looks stock. A flat black circular button that pushes in and out..... would look pretty nice.

it is a low profile, flat black rocker switch. it was the least appalling option i could find. i don't mind putting in more flashy switches (chrome, covered, carbon fiber) but i don't like to do it in my daily drivers. i think it's obnoxious. my brother just looked in and couldn't find the aftermarket switch in my car, so i guess it is serving its purpose.
