subs with stock bose system?

Hey guys, I am trying to get good bass in my rx8 while still on a budget.

I was wondering if it is possible to have subs connected to a stock bose system.

Will it provide enough bass with the stock head unit, and bose system?

Will it blow out with the stock head unit, and bose system?

If you have any answers or comments please let me know, it is about time I have some bass in my rx8.

I just added a sub to my factory Bose, I bought the 2 things linked below. I didn't want anything crazy, just some low end to speak of. So far it sounds great

That particular box fits very nicely up against the back seat.

Also, it's been said numerous times around this forum, but you tap the LOC into your bose system between the bose and the headunit. If you do it between the amp and the speakers like I did at first (by accident), the sub won't really play anything because the Bose amp filters out the lower frequencies that the rear 6x9's (or whatever they are) can't play.
