#1 Double check all your connections.
#2 Use a DMM to insure all the fuses are infact intact. Sometimes they look ok, but are infact blown.
#3 Use the DMM and test for voltage right at the stereo harness. If you've got no battery voltage, then your stereo etc. is probably fine. Just start tracing the wiring back until you find the problem.

But it does sound like a blown fuse. FYI, disconnect the battery before jerkin around with the electronics next time.

Remember........there are fuses in the drivers side panel and also in the engine bay that need to be checked. I'm on the laptop and can't look right now as the wiring diagrams are on my other computer.

Isn't the Hazard switch in the same harness as the LCD Display though?

did you remove the stereo and then put it back in and the n it didn't work? if so then probably what happened is you messed up the connection between the "face" and the rest of the HU - it happens alot actually and nobody knows what the hell is going on

the way to fix it is to take the radio out - unscrew the face piece and put it back together carefully

If you didn't remove the stereo before it stopped working then it's probably not that..
