So a while ago I installed the Metra kit for my aftermarket stereo, at low volumes it had a small whine that was not noticeable 99% of the time, and when i hit a speed bump sometimes it would create a louder noise that could fluctuate with the rpm's of the car in volume, but could easily be fixed by either turning the air off, or on and then off. Now during the winter it seems to be happening all the time. I cant even drive to work without needing to multiple times mess with the air turning it on then off or on then off to get the noise to go away. any ideas on how to fix this?

 

I may not be a audio expert, but I think you have a loose ground.

it is your issue..

you can find it in a 3.5mm jack also..
