steering wheel plastic

can the plastic come off around the steering wheel were your cruise and radio controllers are so i can paint it

There was a link to a extended manual in PDF form. The site had the extended manual broken down into 9 parts. One covered removal of interior body parts going from memory. It was posted in the last two weeks. I searched but couldn't remember any keywords I guess.

If you have an FTP point I can FTP the files to you. They total around 120MB. If no one posts it I would be happy to burn it and snail mail it to you.

is there any way you can see it and look up the steering wheel control removal for me please

i found out how to get the plastic of steering wheel it does just pop off but you have to unscrew the air bag and pop the plastic off but it is wire tied to it. you cut the wire tie and i caomes right off

I always wanted them piano black, but didn't want to pay for them.

me too ... i wanted the look of the anniversary model, but i'm not able to find that cover at the steering wheel alone So a DIY will be nice so i can bring work to my local painter
