Well I installed audiolink the other day and it worked fine the first day. The next day I went in and turned the ignition to Acc and even when the radio is OFF there is static coming from all the speakers. it sounds like an am radio static or something. Well I took out the audiolink and I still heard the static. What could be the problem?? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

 

Have an amp hooked up?

 

Nope all the audio is completely stock bose system

 

im no electric guru but i think it has to do with a ground wire...

 

Yeah someone has also told me this. How would I fix this? Where would the ground wire be?

 

The ground wire for the HU is just part of the harness, it isn't something you have to manually ground like on aftermarket units.

 

Thanks Devilboi I'll check it out later tonight when I have time. I'll let you know if I fix the problem
