i had a sirrus put in by a local shop. its been good for almost two years. now it is stuck in a looking for the signal mode. the sirrus people say it the antenae the strange thing is that it will work when it is below 30 degrees as the car warms up or the outside temp goes up it quits again. any help on where the problem might be. can a local shop track the problem down or will i have to go to the dealer?

 

I install 10 satellite radios a week. The antennas break CONSTANTLY. Have them use a spare antenna and just plug it into your car. (we have a huge home antenna we use for this) I bet signal pops right back on. Replace the antenna and you're golden.
