Hello all, nice club here. I'm quite active on the Mazda6 club as I own an '04 6.

My mom has an '04 8, auto, nav, Bose, etc etc. She just called me asking how to add satellite radio to it. I did so to my 6, and I plan to add the Starbase to her 8. Problem is I haven't found the proper wiring colors here, and I've done plenty of searching. Can anyone help me out? I found how to take out the radio, and I planned to use the cig lighter for the switched power and ground, but I need to know where to grab constant power. I'd prefer to grab it from the factory stereo harness, can someone tell me what color wire that will be? Or a better place to grab constant power? I don't plan to run wiring all the way to the battery just to power this little thing. Any help would be appreciated, and thanks!
