Treid sending a PM here, tried emailing them, used their web form email thingy too...nothing back...I want to call but I can't find a number...I sent them the ultimatum today so it looks like if i don't hear anything I'll be filing a complaint with paypal

 

i sent an email using their form and got a response saying they were still in business.

 

I am not real happy with the fitment of the ebrake cover but love how it looks!

 

You guys should have bought a Polak Graphics Custom Shift boot. You would have had it by now.

Nothing after my last email Tuesday in which they asked me "Have you received your order?" To which I replied "No, nor does your site reflect that the order has been shipped."

Extremely frustrated...

 

UPDATE: Received my boot today...fits like a glove...was surprised to see it when I got home from work as the website never even showed it was shipped...all is well, even though I'm still a bit ticked about waiting for almost a month
