shift light?

hi all

Just an idea and i dare say its already been done, but can you use the feed to the shift buzzer to run an LED into the dash?

ideas/thoughts?

My exhaust is a tad loud so i never hear the buzzer and a light may be a bit better?

thanks

For $20 an hour, I'll sit in your back seat and smack you in the back of your head as the needle sweeps 8500RPM.
rrrrrRRRRRRRRRR BEEP! ::SMACK!::, rrrrrrrRRRRRRRRRR BEEP! ::SMACK!:: rrrrrr...

Not really an answer you were wanting, but I thought it was funny as hell!

Very true. I've had a few occasions when I've been concentrating on the car in front and hit the limiter. I know it's bad driving on my part. Just thinking that a light may help?

No. A light won't help. Paying attention to what you are doing, will.

That won't just help you. It will help everyone on the road
