No.

Different shape (even if you remove the actual hardware and attach it to the S1 faceplate, the connectors are slightly different).

Different communications protocol (SPI on the S1, CAN on the S2)

What is it communicate with ? Locking of the stereo or stealing column

the information screen that displays radio information, as well as the clock.
