Does anyone have some mod on their speakers?

I am looking for 2 options in here

1.
$350 CDN in future shop

Infinty Reference component speakers 6.5 including installation 60w each.

2.
$1000 total add up

MB quart DSF 216 6.5 recall, in future shop
400w amp MTX

Now my question is do I need to have to buy new wires or just unplug the oem wires and plug into my new speakers? Which option should I choose?

I knew option 1 might not need new wires, but option 2 is a must buz of the new amps. Let me know!

Need more info on your 8. Send me a e-mail or add me to MSN, forbidden@telus.net and we can discuss your 8 in detail as to what it is you really need to do as chances are, FS has no idea as to what really needs to be done. I am in Canada as well and have done major work to a 8, pics are available if you need them.
