Ive got an 05 8, and I want to get sat radio working in it. I've got the sat button so what does that mean? Do I need a module or can I just call and get it working?

 

yeah you need a module - they put the button on all the faceplates so it's basically just a plug and play upgrade.. if you are really interested you can contact your dealer - but it's pretty expensive. if you want your moneys worth you should get a external receiver from any electronics store

 

SAT radio is an option on RX-8's but the button comes on all the radios. You will need to buy the module from Mazda unless the previous owner had it instaled.
