Can I transform the rgb signal to a scart signal?
From 4 cut wires of Mazda Navigation System to a scart connector?
How Can I made it?

the frequencies of the monitor from what I know aren't standard...you will have one hell of a time making the scart specs work with our OEM screen's specs eventhough SCART uses RGBs
also don't get RGBs and RGB mixed up RGB usually means RGB + H + V
