Rear center passthrough sealed box

Hey everyone, I want to add a piece to the removable rear center passthrough piece. I would rather have someone make it so it looks like its from the factory but i'll make it myself if i can. I want to basically make a plastic lid to close the box with screws or screws that need a alan wrench to remove. Any ideas on how to go about making this lid/cover or where to go to get this made?

I tried making a box lid for the rear passthrough console by using this acid type chemical my friend gave me to kind of melt plexiglas and bind it with another piece of plastic. I sealed the lid with some silicone and foam.

It worked fine for a while, but I don't think it held perfectly because I felt some air leaks around the edges. I was using a 150 Watt 6.5" mid bass driver.

I got rid of the piece and am trying to do something with an 8" sub.

An 8" sub will fit in that space as well... or even 2 5" subs. Some have even squeezed in a 12" before, but I'd stay away from that...

I'm not trying to squeeze a sub in there anymore i went with a 12'' in a box in the trunk. I was thinking more in terms of a lid for a lockbox type idea. the reason I said screws is because I would like to keep my exhaust silencers in it and wont need to open it very frequently. But I also dont want them rattling around in there due the the vibration from the sub and the exhaust. I'm having someone at tweeter in Va take a look at it to see if he can fabricate something from plastic/plexiglass/ or fiberglass. Unfortunatley I dont want it to be permenantly sealed so....any other ideas on how to make this work?

Can you just wrap the silencers in some thick cloth and just stuff any open space with some foam blocks or cloths? This will keep things snug and free from vibrating and rattling around.

I could but I'm bored like that and this would be something else I could do to have fun with the car...also if I decide to get that box which would turn my navi into a dvd player I could drop it in there and drill a hole for the wires(just a random thought)
