I have an '05 RX-8 GT and am having an itermittent issue with the radio. The radio (or in the case of a CD) they actually play but NO SOUND! Oddly, if you turn the ignition off when I turn it back on the radio plays WITH SOUND for about 5 seconds and then goes silent! At other times the radio will work just fine for weeks then all of a sudden I experience this problem. This is the factory Bose radio system and no modifications have been made to the system.

Would appreciate any ideas as well as recommendation for a good reliable audio place to take it for a check. I'm in the Houston, TX area.
