hey i was very interested in getting a subwoofer in my 8. I have been doing some research, and I'm leaning toward an alpine type r 10inch or one 12inch, i havent decided. I hear that you can get great sound for your money with this sub. Anyway, I don't know much about boxes, and amps, etc. First, how big of a box can I fit in the trunk of the 8?(will this box fit because i saw it at best buy and it looked huge http://www.crutchfield.com/S-foXpjXE...ox&i=044QB1103 Does having a very good box really make much of a difference? Does anyone have a link from this forum which shows a member that mounted his sub right where the hole is to access the trunk from the back seat? For a single type r, what sort of amp is recommended (2 or 4 channel, i heard that getting a 2 wouldnt be a bad idea, unless i was planning on adding another sub later on), also what kind of wattage is good for one 10 or 12 inch (1500watt) sub?
