I put a Xenarc 705TSV 7" touchscreen in the oem navi hood however everytime i open the navi hood its putting pressure on the on the 26-Pin heavy-duty connector which is causing the screen to black out. does any one have a solution to this problem???

 

Without seeing a picture, it would be hard to say. I know with my Lilliput I actually had to use a dremel tool to cut a larger opening up so the cable could move freely so that may be what you need to do.

 

where exactly did you cut?
