Power Wire Size

What size Wire is everyone using for the Amps in there RX8.
I getting ready to add my sounds and just curious what size people have fitted in there RX8.
I Think I will use 2 gauge power wire from the battery to the distribution block in the trunk then run 4 gauge to my JL 500/1 and JL 300/4.

Has anyone used 2 Gauge I seen the trend showing how to run the power wire from both sides of the car but they used 4 Gauge wire.
Just wondering if 2 Gauge will be harder to run.

Thanks

4 more than enough for your install I'm running and Alpine PDX 1.1000 and 4.150 with a 4 AWG lead and another for the ground back to the battery

and they both fit under the drivers door thing with the wires that are already in there

So the main question here I was wondering if you have considered.. what are you doing for a ground? are you going to look around in the trunk for an acceptable ground (which for most people is impossible to find) or are you going to run it back to the battery? Read up on the ground sticky for more info.
