Possible video solution at Target
I was picking up some stuff at the local Target today, and they had a portable in-car DVD system on display. It was a fairly compact player with a video-in jack (miniplug, it looks like), and two ~7-inch wide-format screens. Each screen had a tilt mechanism, individual speaker, individual colour/brightness/aspect-ratio controls, and headphones jacks. They're meant to hang on to your headrests for the rear-seat passengers.
The best part: $273 total for the whole deal.
And the image quality seemed to be really good. I just wonder what my PowerBook display would look like piped through the video input....
I checked on their website, and it's not listed yet.
So who's going to get one and tear it apart to do something cool with it? :D
