Pics of Valentine One Radar Detector Install

Greetings all:

Thanks to the excellent advice on this forum, I was guided toward the Valentine One Radar "locator." I also got some great tips on DIY install from https://www.rx8club.com/showthread.p...entine+Install .

I mounted mine just at the mesh line (line of site not obscured). It is nearly impossible to see from the outside because the mesh camaphlages it quite well, especially with a black on black 8.

Now if someone would come up w/ a DIY for running the remote cable to say the MP3 player plate - that would be excellent.

already been done. rx8garage sells the face templates to house the remote.

Thanks, but I didn't see anything but the stock Mp3/Minidisc player plate. Do I need to have it custom made?

I am really looking for someone to outline a cable path between the detector at the mirror and the Mp3 spot.
