Mx6, thats exactly what im looking for, i really dont care that much about the actual functionality(as long as it works reasonably well) as much as the hardware quality and fitment, both of which the OEM nav unit has. the hardwares primary use will be dvd viewing and ps2 playing(passengers of course :p )

not to mention if somehow someone got the mazdaspeed DVD and equipment for the digital guages

if you really need a nav system. get a gps that works off satalite. it's better then anything a dvd nav can give you. depending on what you want the cost vary's. mine can tell me where the nearest bank is. can a dvd nav do that.

Mine tells me the location of the nearest bank, toy store, Thai restaurant, nuclear facility and opera house.
Pretty much everything in the Yellow Pages of note.
