Well iunno if you guys noticed or experianced this but my songs skips at pot holes, there not even the big ones.
Anyone else have this problem? Is there a fix to this problem?

oh one last question....
I just added 1 "10 JL wO and JL 250/1 mono amp to the car:D will it damage the overall sound system over time?

I have the 6 disc cd changer and have yet to have it skip on me. I'd have that looked for sure

 

mine does that too. I kinda just lived with it. I asked the dealer, but they said they had to keep it overnight and I was like screw it, it doesnt bug me that much for them messing with it.

 

it only bothers me when im bumpin a song then it skips and the car gets quite for a sec, its almost embarrasing b/c my friends are with me

 

yea, i also found out older cd's skip a lot more compared to newer and brand new one because of wear. I might get it checked out the next time i put my car in.

 

Haven't had this problem yet. I'm playing from a CD-RW too.

 

Is it all discs, or just one or two in particular? I've had this happen (on a different vehicle) when my CD's were dirty.

 

mine happens with some bumps. But when i have a dirty/scratched cd (old), it skips on every single one. But one normal road bumps and potholes, it would skip on a 50/50 basis.

 

My skips, mostly on CDR's but sometimes on the originals too, mostly when it's cold, mentioned it to the dealer, same as above, wanted to keep it, I said F**k it. I might mention it next time I take it in. I need the oil pan I've been putting off for a while, and since I had to give it up three weeks after my 1st wreck, I've been reluctant to part with it again.

Yea i mostly played cdr's. but i did play a real cd yesterday and it skipped. SO i dont think that would be a factor.

 

well atleast Im not alone. I still play real Cd's and get skips whats wrong with it?

 

im just going to get my checjed out on my next oil change or warrenty. Im kinda getting tired of it.

but i think only cdr's have skipped
i thought it was my wheels
but it started out of nowhere and a month or so after i changed wheels.

 

Everytime Igo over a bump or anythingthe songs will skip. Even on freshlymade CDs aswell as brand new CDs.
