My next fiberglass box

Well i finally got the time yesterday to start working on my next trunk setup.

I started a thread on my first attempt at fiberglassing : https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-interior-audio-electronics-24/my-custom-fiberglass-box-58681/

This is what i have so far: a box made out of 3/4 in. mdf board and resin for now. Havent had a chance to lay any fiberglass cloth on it yet, but that should happen tomorrow maybe.

I got a feeling this will be a long project but im hoping it will turn out better than the first one. With this setup, it should take up all the space in the trunk.
(Ill keep updates posted when i get the chance)

Heres a few pics of the part that will hold the 500/1 JL Amp which will take up the back portion of the trunk. Last pic is my girlfriend....shes shy. hahaha

Im going to make fiberglass boxes for both sides of the truck that will hold a 12" pioneer sub on each side.

Im going to try to do alittle something for the middle part of the trunk and try to make it look pretty good.

I just saw the first fiberglass box you made - looks sweet. I cant wait to see how this one comes out. Are you going to make this one red as well?

Yea this one will be painted red.

I need to buy a spray gun and paint. Can anyone tell me what a good one would be and the best kind of paint to use? And a website that i could buy it from.

Thanks
