My custom fiberglass box
This is a fiberglass enclosure that me and my friend made for two 12" pioneer premier subs and a 500 watt JL audio amp.
This was our first attempt and i was pretty suprised and satisfied with the end result. Im going to start building a new fiberglass box with a different setup on monday.
This stuff was alot of fun even though it was time ocnsuming but it was worth it.
Heres a few pics

These are my steps: sand > bondo'd > sanded > filled in with more bondo > sanded > filled in little pin holes with bondo type stuff > heavy coat of primer to fill in any imperfections > wet sanded > 2 coats of red paint > then finished it off with "gloss" spray paint.
Like i said, this was my first time ever messing with fiberglass/bondo/paint. but it worked out good and i was happy
Thanks for the comments man, good luck on your install, keep me updated.

looks cool, you got a lot of "dead space" in your trunk with that set up, from the looks of things if you were to redesign everything with better utilization of space you'd have a sick setup, nice work on the paint

Any body have any ides for what my next setup should be like?
Ive seen some setups where the person builds their box to fill the whole trunk, so its permanent and canot be removed.
But the way i would want to do it is build like 3 or 4 seperate pieces and slide them in the trunk, but they will also be removable.
Ive got a setup in mind that i will probably start monday. Ill keep yall updated on it.
Thanks again for all the comments.
