I just noticed today w/my mp3 player that if I play an mp3 CD and for example song 6 is done playing and the 7th song is loaded - but I want to rewind from song 7 to hear the end of song 6 once more - it doesnt let you rewind back to the previous song. If youwanted to go back to the end of song 6 you have to change to back to the beginning of 6 and fast forward allthe way to the end of it - and unfortunatelythe mp3 player seems to have a slower fast forward then thestock unit did so this isa little annoying.

Anyway the rewinding problem doesnt come up w/regular CDs. In the same situation w/a regular audioCD my mp3 player will let me rewind back to the endof a track from the track that comesafter it.

Also when rewinding or fast forwarding w/the mp3 player it placesthe song on mute while youre seeking unlike the stock CDplayer which stillallowed you to listen to the portion of the song youwere skipping through so youcould figure out when you wantedto stop (this isanother thing I find disappointing about the mp3 player).

Sorry, perfectly normal with head unit mp3 players. Just enjoy it for what it is.
