TX Metra Kits and OEM Faceplates Question

So I am having issues finding a Faceplate for my RX8 since my radio currently went out. According to Mazda the Connectors are bad I need a new faceplate.

My question since I am having issues finding the faceplate, could I get a Metra Kit and would that work? Do they have the connectors or connections on the back of the kits?

Thanks for any Help

Metra kits fit aftermarket radios. They will not fit your stock radio. The anatomy is totally different. Try mazmart or ebay for some deals if you want to save your stock radio.

I'm curious to know how your radio went out though if you're talking about the connectors. Did you recently open it up?

It's a standard double din opening. Same size across the world.
