Just recieved my metra kit. Ordered a Pioneer AVIC F40BT to fit in it.

Having trouble wiring the whole thingy... what's up with all those wires ? I'm ok with the plugs and stuff but the lose wires where do they go ? checked the user manual but it only explains how to mount the parts all together not really much about wiring ... anybody can help ?
