Megan Racing Gauges
I found a set of gauges (Megan Racing) from my friend's basement. I spent an hour wiring everything. Everything seems to be wired correctly except the gauges' are not sweeping in the correct position. The needle is sitting below the 0 mark, not above the 0 mark. Anyone have an idea?

This is what the gauge is supposed to look like. Somehow my gauge sweeps from below 105 to below 300 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=00-hM_Zet4w
