Somewhere between installing a PIE adapter and getting my windows tinted I lost all radio reception (AM and FM). Anyone familiar with the connections for the antenna and able to point me where to look for problems? Is it possible its at the head unit and not the rear window?

 

There is a connection at the head unit...you may have knocked it loose.

 

You have metallic tint fitted?? That's the cause. The radio antenna is built onto the rear window. Metallic tint sheilds the antenna and causes loss of reception. The installer should have known better.....

It's either that, or he's fitted non-metallic and damaged the antenna during the install. Good luck.
