I had my car in for service the other day, and mentioned that when playing cd's,,, not just burned ones, regular cd's,, my left speakers cut out,, front and rear. When I put on the radio, they all work fine. They say it is the deck and could not find any issue, and that it is only with burned cd's. If it is still under warranty, and I tell them it is with regular cd's, shouldn't they just replace the deck? I don;t know anything about audio systems, but seems strange to me, that if the radio works in all speakers,,, cd's should too. yes I can understand maybe some issues with burned cd's,,, but cd's should still work,,,, right? Audio guys,, any suggestions?

 

Take in an original CD that you know is doing it. They will have to hear it, not take your word for it. Keep pressing them. They will eventually give in.
