WELL WELL,
To start, my original battery has gone KAPUT after 80k. No charge what-so ever.
Problem:
After replacing the battery both of my orig key fobs stopped working. So i try to reprogram using the to on from lock x3 door switch x3 procedure, after multiple times of following guide percisely i came to a conclusion that the key fobs might be out of battery. Replaced both bats. Tried again, after the ecu responds by unlocking / locking the doors i have pressed every button on that remote through different trials 2wice. No response from acuators , meaning un-successful programing. So take to dealer, they say it will be 50 $. My 50$ gets me this info " Your car wont enter programming mode" ..... Thanks alot DICK. I told you that when i brought it here.... Then he proceeded to bid me a good day. After endless researching im about to take it to a different dealership and pay another 135 $ for a diagnostic of why they don't work.... Any advice or ways around this? I hate giving those crooks money.
I just do not understand why it would loose its programming after the battery dies, Its died before / been taken out while working on the car itself ... WTF!
