Hey guys I am looking for solutions to mount my Iphone in the 8. I already have an ipod adapter that works, so what i want is to be able to mount this on the dash, right to the side of the climate controls like most people have done. If people who have done this could post some pics of their setups, and where they purchased the holder, I would greatly appreciate it. I want to buy and mount one next week, so once I determine what I want, I'll be getting one.

ProClip; and yes there are holders for the iPhone (all flavors). You pick a mount and then a holder.

 

i dont trust those clips. had one for my tom tom, freaking broke the air conditioner vents. now i have to individually move the fins to get the air my way.

you can also try a sticky pad. get it at target and mount it on the top of the dash. the problem it doesnt stick to the dash because of the material. so get some 3m tape and let it sit in the sun for a couple hours. should stick to the curves real nicely.

 

Kudo mount and proclip cradle. I have it and its great, If I remember ill grab pics

 

i use the www.theistore.com iphone a/c vent clip mount. works nicely as well...

 

I got the one from Best Buy they're selling for 20 bucks. It mounts onto the air vents and it's very versatile for almost any kind of device you have. It's made by Bracketron.

It works well with my AudioLink solution.

I just picked up an Sirius|XM SkyDock and a PIE adapter w/ the rca cable.
You can use the SkyDock without the PIE but, the PIE/aux in connection sounds way better..plus you retain control of the ipod menus, so you can listen to more than just satellite.

wish i had this earlier...i was pretty tired of fumbling around with the half-assed oem ipod adapter
