interior trim help!!!!

i wanna remove on the door, that black control plate or cover and put a carbon fiber one on but idk how to remove it! any one knows?! i dont wanna just break it! also on the steering wheel! the two covers on each side! the volume and cruise control covers! can i remove them too?!
