Whats happening fellow RX8 drivers. I would like to trade my stock interior lights and license plate lights to LED's, but don't know **** about it, i.e:
-What is the best kind?
-Where to get em?
-How to do it?
Can you guys throw me a bone here? THanks much

 

rx8strakes.com has kits you can buy to make it easier for you, or buy the leds separately from v-leds.com...of course you will need the correct bulb replacement numbers

 

I was just looking at rx8strakes site, do you know if those will last for a while or what?

 

not sure on that, I have the ones from v-leds without issue so far.

go to ebay. alot cheaper than rx8 strakes.

 

ebay is more hit and miss then vleds or rx8strakes. I bought a set of ebay leds when i first got my car.. all but two were replaced in the first year.

 

ya true that. Rx8 strakes is the best company that i buy my rx8 stuff from. Shipping is incredibly fast. and quality is awesome. I just bought the interior LED conversion kit. It ROCKS.

Get the kits from RX8 strakes I have em and love em. Then get all the others lights you cant get from them from Vleds.

 

installation wise, all i have to do is get the LED's right? Is there anything else I would need. I guess rx8strakes.......here i come

I love my LEDs that i bought a while back from VLEDs. you cant beat them they are about 2 or 3 months old now, still as bright as the day i installed them and took about 15 min to install. i am gonna order the license plate LED this weekend. will try to post pics up next week if i get time.
