installed PAC aoem maz2, lost antenna

So I just finished installing the LOC on my Bose head unit. After reconnecting the battery for a test run, I get no FM stations. My FM transmitter still works though.

I didn't pull the HU out all the way, just enough to disconnect the wire harness and plug everything back in.

Does the Bose HU have a separate antenna input that I may have knocked loose or is it part of the main harness?

Just thought I'd ask before tearing it apart again. No access to my computer right now or I'd check the service manual.

Solved. Antenna was taped such that it's impossible not to have it come loose.
