Installed audiolink with Nyko vent mount
Just installed my audiolink, it was easy thanks to the people on this forum that contribute and provide some great DIY with pictures. I also installed the invisible sheild on my iPod and am happy with the outcome, a little too glossy but I don't want to scratch my screen. I also bought a Nyko vent mount from CompUSA for $10, and am surprised how well it works. No rattling, is held tight in the vents, the only thing was that I had to install a spacer behind the button and spring so my iPod doesn't move back when I use it. Also it blocks the clock, but whatever I don't care.

No audiolink does not display the track or artist, but I don't care because my iPod is right there.
You have to press the CD button to switch to the iPod, the head unit switches to EX( usually for an external MD player).

After 6 months, I am very satisfied with it. The only quirks are that it blocks the clock, and the Fm/Am button. The mount is very stable and only shakes on very bad Chicago roads.

I have that one. However, I had it installed through my glove box.
