I cant tell if i have HID or non HID please help.

Sport package did come with HIDs. I have the sports package and HIDs.

im pretty sure yours has HID's by looking at the pictures!

they do look like HID to me, with thick line seprating light and dark area.
ive used both bulbs on 2 different cars and my HID looks pretty much same as the one in the picture.
